Errors from the warehouse cause problems both for the customer and the company.

Picking Errors are when the wrong product is selected from the warehouse and sent to the customer.

He is inconvenienced and may have been awaiting the item for his work - He has to go out of his way to contact you, return it and await replacement

  • Secondly the time and cost of handling the returned item
